This is an informational site for a product in development. Nothing here is a sale. There is no checkout, no payment is collected, and no product exists to ship yet.
Joining the waitlist is free and commits neither of us to anything. It is not a reservation, a preorder, a deposit, or a contract. It does not guarantee availability, a place in line beyond our stated intention to open access in signup order, or that the product will ship at all.
The $100 price shown is our intended launch price. It is not an offer, and it may change before preorders open. If it changes, you’ll see the real price before you’re asked to pay anything.
Sunday Proof is a trading name of Ohtimmi LLC. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is the company. Ohtimmi LLC is the party that receives any reservation deposit and the party that owes you the refund.
Separately from the free waitlist, you may choose to place a $10 reservation deposit. This is the only point at which money changes hands, and it is entirely optional — the waitlist works exactly the same without it.
The deposit is fully refundable at any time, for any reason or none. Email hello@sundayproof.com and we return it to the card you paid with. You do not need to explain, and we will not ask you to.
If the first run has not shipped by June 1, 2027, we refund every outstanding deposit automatically, without you asking. The same applies if we decide not to make the product at all: everyone gets their money back.
A deposit reserves a tote from the first run and is credited against the purchase price. It is not a completed sale and does not oblige you to buy. If the price changes from the intended $100, you’ll see the real price before being asked for the balance, and you can take the deposit back instead.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
Product descriptions, images, materials, and specifications describe our current design intent and may change as we finalize manufacturing.
Don’t abuse the forms, submit other people’s contact information, or attempt to disrupt the site.
This site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunday Proof and its founders are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its contents. Our total liability to you in connection with this site is zero dollars — nothing is sold here.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules.
