What this site is

This is the website for Sunday Proof, whose products are in development. Nothing here is a sale. There is no checkout, no payment is collected, and no product exists to ship yet.

Signing up is not a reservation

Leaving your email address or mobile number so we can tell you when preorders open is free and commits neither of us to anything. It is not a reservation, a preorder, a deposit, or a contract. It does not guarantee availability, or that the product will ship at all.

Pricing

The prices shown ($98 for the Sunday Tote, $198 for the Sunday Tote XL, $48 for the Sunday Tote Mini and $320 for the Full Set) are our intended launch prices. They are not offers, and they may change before the products are available to order. If a price changes, you’ll see the real price before you’re asked to pay anything.

Who you are dealing with

Sunday Proof is operated by Sunday Proof LLC. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that is the company. Sunday Proof LLC is the party that received any reservation deposit and the party that owes you the refund.

Reservation deposits

An earlier version of this site offered an optional $10 reservation deposit. It is no longer offered, and everything below still applies to every deposit already placed.

The deposit is fully refundable at any time, for any reason or none. Email hello@sundayproof.com and we return it to the card you paid with. You do not need to explain, and we will not ask you to.

If the first run has not shipped by June 1, 2027, we refund every outstanding deposit automatically, without you asking. The same applies if we decide not to make the product at all: everyone gets their money back.

A deposit reserves a tote from the first run and is credited against the purchase price. It is not a completed sale and does not oblige you to buy. The intended price has changed since deposits were taken, from $100 to $98. You’ll see the real price before being asked for the balance, and you can take the deposit back instead.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.

Product claims

Product descriptions, images, materials, and specifications describe our current design intent and may change as we finalize manufacturing.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the forms, submit other people’s contact information, or attempt to disrupt the site.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunday Proof and its founders are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its contents. Our total liability to you in connection with this site is zero dollars, because nothing is sold here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules.
